A 685,000-square-foot, 27-floor office building will soon occupy a vacant lot linking Metcalfe and Mansfield streets. Its doors will lead to nearly 450,000 square feet of premium office space in the heart of Montréal’s business district. Tenants and visitors will be able to enjoy the convenience of six(6) interior aboveground parking levels.
The architectural focal point of the building will be the main entrance on De Maisonneuve West and the
three-floor glass and steel winter garden.
This will be a LEED® certified building, making it the first LEED green multi-tenant office building in downtown Montréal. The LEED rating system recognizes state-of-the-art quality design, construction and management practices that improve occupant
well-being and increase profitability while reducing the negative environmental impacts of buildings.
